Repetitive Injuries on the Rise

As fall sports ramp up, many young athletes are starting to feel the pain—literally. Repetitive or overuse injuries are becoming increasingly common, accounting for 42% of injuries in individual sports and 33% in team sports.

Jeff is training for BellRinger in October, encouraging other cyclists to join the effort to support cancer research at Georgetown University’s Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center.
